Job Description

This role supports our culture and talent agenda, helping to deliver our business strategy by focusing on culture, how we manage change in the business and how we structure and design our organisation. This role is a senior position working directly with senior leaders and HRBPs to design and deliver interventions to enable change.

Why this role is important to us

As with most businesses, Experian UK&I’s growth agenda requires us to be adaptable and change to lead the market. We are evolving into an Agile business and this role will be integral to that journey – as our expert on Organisation Design, Agile behaviours and Change.

This role sits within the Culture, Talent and Learning team and requires a good depth of consultant skills.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Experience of developing and applying Organisation Design process, tools and methodology, including team topologies
  • Deep understanding of change methodology and human
  • Experience of working in and supporting the embedding of Agile ways of working, especially how leaders of non-technical teams need to adapt to a new and different way of leading
  • Great relationship and stakeholder skills, the ability to work as a thought partner, consultant and advisor

Work That Matters - What You’ll Be Doing

  • Defining and executing programmes that will support the development of an Agile culture in the UK&I region, including the adoption of OKRs
  • Managing the Organisation Design Authority process and advising on best practice for OD projects aligned to the organisation blueprint; how to use toolkits and manage OD changes
  • Leading on change projects as required, and coaching HRBPs on change best practice
  • Working with the broader Culture and Talent team on strategic initiatives to support the development of our culture, for example: Leadership Development, Performance, Careers, Capability development etc.

  • Client focused and commercially astute with a strong understanding of Tech businesses, the context and markets in which they operate.
  • Is a thought partner, a trusted counsel and a valued voice, providing innovative ideas, provocation, influence and challenge to the management / leadership teams
  • Credible and confident, displaying great energy, impact, gravitas, conviction, passion and drive in everything they do, with good levels of emotional intelligence and common sense.
  • Insight-led with the ability to use data to inform discussions, challenge and influence the business to help shape our business and people
  • Able to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others. Can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change.
  • Has a learning mindset and looks outside to seek external industry best practice, identifying trailblazer initiatives, translating these into actionable solutions to challenge our current ways of working.
