Job description

What you’ll be working on

  • You will be designing the UX/UI of the web interface that our clients use to manage products. We have a wide product range offered through several websites and brands, so you will definitely not be bored.
  • You will be scoping and designing innovative and easy-to-use solutions based on customer behavior. Beauty is in the simplicity (of design).
  • You will produce screens, prototypes and demos, and analyze, evaluate, and iterate them with the product team.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to create specifications and graphic designs for our new and existing apps.
  • You will be involved in testing and validating hypotheses for our new products and services. This will help the whole purchase process run like a well-oiled machine.
  • You will draft various documents including user scenarios, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • You will help test the code of new features, screens, and services for functionality, as well as pixel-perfect design.
  • You will create and guard our internal design system together with our frontend developers.
  • You will work collaboratively to develop our ordering process and pathways to purchase, increasing conversion, and improving CX. Let us take care of your EX = employee experience. :)

What We Expect From You

  • You are a customer-oriented problem solver who enjoys finding solutions. And you also know how to get to the real root of a problem.
  • You have at least three years’ UX and UI experience, and can boast about one of your previous “Meisterstück”.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Figma (advanced libraries and component management, design system, Figma tokens and their management).
  • You have experience with Maze or other customer flow testing tools.
  • You have experience with tools such as Hotjar, Exponea (Bloomreach), and Google Analytics.
  • You're a fast learner, interested in UX, and want to keep learning more.
  • You have a technical background, ideally experience with software development and web technologies. You can also handle any non-trivial technical tasks thrown your way.
  • Your graphical solutions are based on rock-solid foundations, show consideration for the technical level of your clients, and are easy to communicate, maintain, iterate, and implement.
  • You are an excellent communicator, who can inspire teams towards action and empathy for the user.
  • You can see the “bigger picture” and accordingly find the best solution.
  • You have a good command of English both for daily communication and to debate and argue points with your colleagues.
  • You have your own opinion and the ability to defend it, but also to share and receive constructive feedback (we're not looking for a sheep blindly going with the herd).

What You Can Expect From Us

  • The support of an experienced team: co-workers who are happy to teach you anything you don't feel comfortable with, and help you grow into your “best self”.
  • You will have a fellow UX/UI design partner to ideate, feedback and co-work with.
  • Confidence in your abilities: space for your opinion and self-realization, trust and transparent responsibility.
  • Opportunity to grow: opportunities to attend lectures and conferences around the world, both as a participant and as a speaker/presenter, options to learn languages, in-house training, workshops.
  • Personal space: flexible working hours with the option of home office, plus up to six extra days of holiday and a Multisport card to satisfy your sporting spirit.
  • Our coolture: hackathons, barbecues, breakfasts, Christmas parties, and team building activities.

What your first days at Loopia Group will be like

  • In the first few weeks, we'll fill you in on how the company works, its history and ambitions. Colleagues from the various departments that you will work with will gradually show you how things work here, and you’ll learn how our Helpdesk works.
  • You will partner up and work closely with our current UX/UI Designer.
  • You will learn the ropes in the product team, and gradually take on the UX/UI agenda. We'll introduce you to the tools we use in developing our design process.
  • We'll hand over the agenda to you asap, so you can become an independent part of the team (that’s not an oxymoron, we'll give you the space and you'll help us improve our products, services, and CX).
  • Don´t forget to flex your portfolio!

Please let the company know that you found this position on this Job Board as a way to support us, so we can keep posting cool jobs.
