We are looking for an experienced, remote Product Designer for a top company. An ideal candidate for this contract excels in design thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and possesses a firm understanding of industry best practices in native mobile and mobile-first web experiences. This position will be remote.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating and communicating professionally with internal and cross-functional teams
- Developing processes and approaches to solving design problem
- Creating experience maps, user scenarios, and flows
- Design user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts
- Provide feedback to other designers on the team
- Present work to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Demonstrate experience executing design practices within Agile software development
- Collaborate with Project Owners and Business Analysts to build and maintain a product backlog
- Work closely with partners on the crafting of requirements and user stories
- Understand and consider business goals in their design decisions/solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with hands-on designing product experiences or general UX design
- Previous experience working on a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment
- Experience contributing in a heavily cross-functional environment
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end code frameworks
- Experience designing native mobile apps
- Experience in ecommerce
- Working knowledge of design research methodologies
