Your role in the team :

You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing web pages, web-related creative and digital design in a world-class in-house agency to support Central Marketing's agenda, and help differentiate the IG brand, attract new customer segments and grow market share.

You will be a member of the Digital Experience and Design Team, and will produce distinctive brand, acquisition and customer marketing assets and experiences, across IG's many web channels. You must be skilled in wire-framing, working with complex CMS systems, UX, UI,web and digital design. (Any knowledge of front-end programming would be a bonus, but not mandatory).

What you will do:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create visually compelling, interactive, accessible web page/journey designs that are optimised for the relevant device(s)
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to understand the challenge, user/business requirements, any technical/legal constraints and translate them into visually impressive and highly converting designs and/or experiences for A/B testing
  • Create design assets, including icons, graphics, illustrations and animations, to enhance the visual appeal of our site
  • Designing engaging and responsive web pages, websites and HTML emails for IG brands across multiple geographies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the quality and efficiency of UI design processes
  • Collaborate with our developers and product owners to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and user interactions
  • Be a key contributor to the Digital Experience and Design team, CRO team and the Internal IG Agency that is spread across London, Krakow, Johannesburg and Bangalore.
  • Being a guardian of our brand experience principles, delivering them throughout all of the work you deliver.

  • Strong experience in digital design, in particular with designing for acquisition/conversion
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects, ideally directly with landing pages/sign-up funnels and AB testing/conversion rate optimisation
  • A strong level of understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Design Systems
  • Accustomed to working as part of a global project team, including UI/UX designers, copy writers, developers & project managers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility and usability standards Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS.
