YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA
- Advocate for our users, representing their interests and thinking of how we can improve their experience when using our product
- Bring your knowledge about systematic and strategic UX design, best practices, user journeys and flows, Information Architecture and information hierarchy to create a great UX. Alongside with product, work on product discovery, such as preparing exploratory user interviews with existing and potential customers (we work with Figma)
- Proactively share ideas on how to advance and improve the organization of our design processes
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams when conceptualizing new features.
- Work with existing components, libraries, patterns and design systems to ensure a common and high quality look-and-feel across all areas of the application. But also provide the skill of enhancing these when necessary (e.g. when creating new UI components, icons, transitions, animations)
- Deliver actionable designs: user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for all our platforms (web/desktop, iOS, Android).
- Willing to learn about the world of accounting, bringing fresh ideas to the field, but respecting some of the already existing approaches that continue to rule the industry.
YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
🌍 Qualifications. You have at least 2 years of work experience with a good portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience creating successful cross-platforms designs. You are experienced with UX, but also have solid UI skills.
🧭 Ownership. You have played a significant role in design teams with strong ownership in the past and continuously gain new skills in creating consistent design work.
🚀 Drive. You have delivered products from start to finish and are experienced in working with data (qualitative and quantitative) to make decisions.
🤝 Collaboration. You understand how design decisions affect business decisions and are able to work with the tech team to build feasible solutions.
🪴 Growth Mindset. You are proactive. You bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our product, team and processes.
🔍 Eye for detail. You have excellent attention to detail.
💬 Languages. Business fluent English.
