The vision of NEWM is to create a community-owned platform that directly connects artists with their supporters; removing the middlemen and replacing them with code that’s not incentivized to make a profit. To achieve this goal, we are developing a multi-level platform powered by several decentralized services for artists to publish, distribute, directly promote, fund and launch their music.
We're an early startup with a committed and motivated team of currently 50 international people that cover different areas such as marketing, finances, technology and design.We are a remote-first company.
We are not a fully funded company yet, which means that all part-time positions are only compensated in NEWM Tokens.

Tasks
We are looking for a part-time (10 hours per week) experienced Web Designer with project management skills starting from February 2024 to help us with:

Tasks

- Managing multiple websites
- Designing innovative websites (with a small team)
- Implement designs on Wordpress/ Elementor
- Code custom features (not a must)
- Plan and own development of websites and webshop
Qualifications:
- Project management skills
- Understanding customer journeys
- Basic data analytics understanding
- Fluent in English
- Problem-solving oriented thinking
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
